Physical fitness programs

Physical fitness programs page, includes workouts that are timed, workouts for toning, weight loss and general fitness.

Physical fitness is a combination of being able to complete everyday tasks without much trouble, also how well you can perform during intense physical activity. These workouts can be used to improve these two elements. Fitness is not just about exercise, if you truly want to get physically fit you also need good eating habits. A good diet will give your body all the nutrients it needs and will allow us to perform at our best and also to allow the body to recover and repair.

Timed Workouts

These workouts are designed to fit into specific time limits, great if you are limited on time. They can be used for toning, muscle building and fat loss.


  • 10 minute workout - Great for calorie burning and muscle toning - you can do this multiple times during the day.

  • 15 minute workouts - Great for toning - quick workouts for the gym.

  • 20 minute workout - Involves more resistance exercises for toning and muscle building - recommend doing this 3 - 5 times a week.

    Other Physical Fitness Programs

  • Beach body workout the beach body workout page includes 2 workouts, 1 you can do at home and the other 1 requires equipment, I recommend doing 1 of these workouts 3 - 5 times a week.


  • Workout routines for toning 2 workouts on this page, 1 you can do at home and the other 1 is for the gym, and I would recommend performing 1 of these workouts at least 5 times a week.
