Healthy weight chart

Healthy weight chart find out how much you should weigh based on your height.

If you're within your weight range for your height you're doing well, you might just have a few pounds to lose or gain.

The following table should only be used as a guideline, it doesn't take into account muscle mass. For example I am 6 foot 2 inches and I weigh between 202 - 205 lbs, which is ok according to the list below, but it's still on the high end, but I know it's a good weight for me because my body fat percentage is low.
