Free workout plans for each body part

This page allows you to browse through free workout plans of my favorite exercises for individual body parts.

Best exercises for each body part

Exercise equipment needed, you will need access to a gym to complete all of the exercises listed below

No matter what you're trying to achieve, building muscle, strengthening, or just toning up, these exercises can help you achieve your goals.

With the workouts listed below you will be able to train a specific area of your body, this is great if you feel you are lacking in a particular area, I would advise to train your whole body equally, but sometimes one area needs more work than others.

How many sets and reps

You should do these in 3 - 4 sets with 8 - 10 reps, depending on your level of fitness, use higher reps if you are just looking to tone the area, for example 20 - 40 reps, then you could reduce down to 1 - 2 sets per exercise.

  • Warming up properly will reduce risk of injury and help get results.

  • Cooling down properly will speed up recovery times.
