This exercise for beginners page includes simple workouts that you can do at home, information on stretching warming up and cooling down.

  • Before attempting any exercise routine, you should warm up your muscles properly, warming up the muscles will help to prevent injury.

  • It's also important to cool down properly.

  • Learn the correct technique for any exercise you attempt, incorrect technique could lead to injury.

  • Keep the sets and repetitions of any exercise you perform low, don't over do it.

  • Use basic easy to perform exercises.

  • Don't be afraid of weight training, weight training has many benefits, muscle burns fat and weight training improves blood circulation. Don't worry about getting too big, building large muscles is hard work, even for the genetically gifted.
