Calories burned during exercise

Find out the amount of calories burned during exercise based on two different body weights, what exercises are best for burning calories?

There are lots of great exercises and activities you can do to burn calories, the amount of calories you burn during activity depends of a few factors. These factors are body weight, muscle mass, exercise intensity and your metabolism.

How many calories do you need

The average man requires about 2500 calories and the average women requires about 2000 to maintain a healthy body. If you're not getting enough daily calories you're putting your health at risk, your body organs actually require calories for them to function properly.

If you have a very physical job, or you engage in sports, weight training or cardiovascular exercises, you will require more than the 2500 calories for men and 2000 for women.

You should eat foods that provide your body with good nutrients, foods high in fat and sugar provide lots of calories but little nutritional value, your body will still be craving food, which will make you feel hungry again very soon.
